Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook

This hotel is located on the university campus at 1 Circle Road, Stony Brook, NY 11794, which is a 4-minute walk from the venue. Single rooms are available at $209 per night.

Danfords Hotel & Marina

This hotel is located at 25 E Broadway, Port Jefferson, NY 11777, which is a 15-minute drive from the venue (uber/lyft are the most convenient options, roughly $20 one way). Single rooms are available at $189 per night.
Our room block is split into two links: link 1 and link 2. Each link has 20 rooms available. The first link expires on March 8, 2025 and the second link expires on May 9, 2025.

Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook

While this hotel is 10-minute drive from the venue, the hotel has agreed to provide a shuttle service to the venue. This hotel is located at 3131 Nesconset Highway, Centereach, NY 11720. Single rooms are available at $139 per night. This hotel is best suited for the students who plan on sharing a room as all rooms have two queen beds and some rooms have a sofa bed.
