This year, ACM SIGMETRICS will be a part of the ACM Federated Computing Research Conference (FCRC).

SIGMETRICS has always required that for each full paper in the main conference, at least one author must register at the "Main Conference Member/Author or Non-Member/Author Registration" rate.
