Venue and Access

The conference will be hosted at the Antibes Juan-les-Pins Congres Center. Their web site features informations on the location and on how to get there. See also the information on local transport.

The Congress Center has an underground car park. The daily fee is 34 Euro. There are 3-day and 5-day packages. More information here (in French).

Accomodation

A set of rooms have been reserved (in 2 stars to 4 stars hotels). Access to the hotel reservation platform.

The Tourism and Convention bureau of Antibes-Juan-les-Pins features a list of hotels, residences and bed and breakfast in Antibes.

Student lodging is available at the CIV (Centre International de Valbonne) in the neighbouring city of Valbonne. Several bus lines allow to reach Antibes from the “Gare Routière Valbonne Sophia Antipolis”, including line 1 which stops at “Pin Doré” close to the Conference Center. Warning: We remind you that the UEFA Euro 2016 takes place in France and that there is a football match on Sunday, the 12th in Nice. Hence, it is probably better to plan ahead and avoid arriving on Sunday.
